The story begins on nowadays Tokyo, until it the scenario is changed to Okinawa island.

Keita Ibuki, an independent and troubled freelancer computer developer, who, with 2 of his buddies, is producing and looking to deal a videogame software to big videogame businessmen in Tokio while trying out to stay on top and endure economicaly by receiving money from Akane Sano, an old friend. He had an occasional encounter a certain night, with the high Mototsumitama by the name of Kuro when eating alone his ramen soup at his uncle stand. Watch Black God

He hands her his food, a ramen plate, and attempts to help her after she’s ambushed by an anonymous Tera Guardian. Keita gets one of one of his arms decepated in the the fight of the Tera Guardian, but Kuro save him, exchanging his decepated arm with hers. She has powerfull healing skills as all Mototsumitamas have. This generates a tie between them, making her even more powerfull. However, Kuro alerts him that they have to be close always, so they can use their full power.

As Kuro get to know Keita and gets familiarized with him as they encounter with Tera Guardians with their human leaders, they are on the sight of the most strong clan of Tera Guardians in the East, known by the name of Shishigami clan (aka Lion God) that attempts to hijack Akane and destruct the coexiistence balance, that Tera Guardians should, supposedly, protect. In the meantime, Keita is decided to discover why his mom died after meeting her double when she was a kid, and learn who is the responsible for attempting to destroy the coexistencial balance.
